Our Organization
Eaglets Outreach Academy, Inc. is a faith-based organization that Founder CEO Malani Gaines created in 2015. We provide life skills training for expecting teens and teenage moms who are in need of guidance, support, resources, and education.

Our goal is to help young women build a healthy mindset, positive self-image, hope, and faith. The inner self must be strong if we are to experience an authentic, nourishing, and prosperous lifestyle. Therefore, we seek to nourish young women from the inside out by creating a welcoming and loving atmosphere.

As a result of our relationships, mothers will have the tools, knowledge and confidence to lead prosperous and successful lives for themselves and their children. We give ladies the strength and tenacity to dream and assist them in developing goals for their lives.

Just as each baby eagle, or “eaglet”, must be nurtured by a mother and equipped to fly, so also teenage teenage girls need training so they can soar. EOA’s hope is to teach young women to soar, just as Malani learned to soar.
